Types of Sponsorship:

1. Donation Sponsor  

Contribute a physical item to enhance our convention experience. We are creating 100 VIP grab bags, making this a perfect opportunity to showcase your products. Suggested items include books, bookmarks, or other book-themed gifts. Service donations are also welcome.

2. Room Party Sponsor

Host a themed room party on Friday and Saturday nights! Choose from small, medium, or large rooms, and decorate it to reflect your brand or interests. Alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as they are not sold (tip jars are allowed). The rooms are cleared of furniture to maximize space for your setup—an ideal way to make a memorable impact and increase your visibility.

3. Themed Room Sponsor  

Support one of our themed rooms during the convention. Sponsoring a room includes prominent signage acknowledging your contribution. The themed rooms available for sponsorship include:
